By subscribing to, opting-in to, or using the SMS service provided by PointClick Technologies LLC, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description: PointClick Technologies LLC uses an SMS service to communicate with clients regarding project updates, technical support tickets, meeting coordination, and service alerts. This service is used for business-to-client communication.

2. Opt-In: You may opt-in to the service by:

  • Verbally consenting during an intake or support call.
  • Submitting a web form on our website where you explicitly agree to receive messages.
  • Initiating a text message conversation with our support or account management team.

3. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP“, “CANCEL“, “QUIT“, “END“, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive messages at a frequency that varies depending on your interaction with our team. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
