Our suggestion
- The default limit allows up to US$3,050 a month, about 2.9× your licence cost. We would set a lower everyday limit and a higher one, around 2,500 credits, for the ~10 people who need advanced features.
- Plan on about US$1,200 a month (between US$1,125 and US$1,275), and review actual use after 60–90 days.
- At this level, pay-as-you-go is likely to cost less than prepaid packs, because unused pack credits don't roll over.
- Start with the roles that write, analyse or meet the most, rather than licensing everyone on day one.
